Overview
Integrate Turno with HostBuddy AI to automate guest messaging based on cleaning completion events.
Set up integration
In your HostBuddy AI account, go to Settings > Integrations > Turno.
Log in to your Turno account.
Map properties
Match each HostBuddy property to the corresponding Turno property. For example, link your HostBuddy "Property A" to your Turno "Property A." Use the dropdown menus to select the correct property pairings.
Configure smart templates
Go to Messaging > Smart Templates in HostBuddy AI. At the very bottom of the page, click Start from a pre-built template. Select the "Property Ready Message"
To configure early check-in messages, select preferred timing and variables. We recommend setting variable constraints around time of day and distance from check in day. You can also set additional conditions. For instance, send a message only if the check-in time is before 3 PM.
Use the available options in the template editor to customize the message and set conditions as needed. Customize the message content within the template. You can use variables such as guest name, check-in time, and property name. For example, include the variable ${guest_name} to personalize the greeting.
Choose desired AI customizations. We highly recommend context checking and AI personalization!
