Integrate your Beds24 account with HostBuddy AI using these simple steps.
Initiate Integration in Hostbuddy AI
Log in to your HostBuddy AI account. Go to the Properties page, select PMS Integration, choose Beds24, and click the Calry link.
Go to the API Section in Beds24
Log in to your Beds24 account. Go to Settings, then Apps & Integrations, then API.
Generate and Copy the Invite Code
Click Generate invite code
. Select all permissions (see screenshot below). Click Generate invite code
again. Copy the generated code.
Finalize Integration in Hostbuddy AI
Return to the HostBuddy AI tab. Paste the invite code into the Invite Code textbox. Click Connect
.
You should see a confirmation message. You will then return to the HostBuddy AI interface.
Important: Set Up Webhooks In Beds24 (Add your Listener URL)
In order to make sure that HostBuddy can sync your messages and reservations in real time, you'll need to set up webhooks in your Beds24 account. To do this, you'll need your unique Listener URL, which was sent to you in an email from our support team when you completed the above steps to connect to your Beds24. If you did not receive this, please reach out to our team and we'll send it over!
Once you have the listener URL handy, follow these steps to plug it into your Beds24 to enable real-time messages and data sync:
Go to Beds24 Console: In your Beds24 account, go to Settings > Properties > Access.
Configure the Booking Webhook: Under "Booking Webhooks," paste the Listener URL (provided below) into the URL field. For "Webhook Version", choose "2 - with personal data". Leave the Custom Header and Body Data fields empty. If applicable, check the Enable box next to "Synchronise."
Save Your Settings: Click Save to finalize the setup.
Repeat for Each Property: For each property in Beds24, repeat these steps using the same Listener URL.
That's it! Your Beds24 data will now sync with HostBuddy in real time.
Troubleshooting and Support
Identify common issues
If you encounter issues, double-check the invite code for errors. Verify your internet connection and try again. Also, ensure you selected all the necessary permissions in Beds24.
