Overview
Connect your Hostfully guidebooks to HostBuddy to access guidebook details (check-in, house rules, recommendations) for AI responses and improve guest communication.
Getting Your API Key
Contact our support to team at support@hostbuddy.ai to provide your full name and primary Hostfully Guidebooks account email. Once we receive this, we will need to request your API Token from their team.
Connecting in HostBuddy
Log into your HostBuddy dashboard.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Select Hostfully Guidebooks.
Enter your API token in the provided field - this needs to be specifically requested from our team. Please email us at support@hostbuddy.ai to put the request through on your behalf with the name and email attached to your Hostfully guidebooks account.
Once Hostfully activates your API access, you can find the token here:
Map your Hostfully guidebooks to your corresponding HostBuddy properties in the HostBuddy integrations page.
You can manage the guidebook source for each property in the property's profile. It will appear in the knowledge base under property documents as a text file This allows real-time updates between the guidebook and the AI.
