Manage Contact Information
In the Contacts section, add or delete email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp accounts, and Slack accounts. This is the first step in setting up notifications. You need to add a contact to your account before notifications can be sent to them.
To add a new entry, click the relevant "+ Add" link for the desired contact type. Enter the required information and confirm. To remove an existing entry, click the Delete button next to it.
To receive notifications, you need to verify your phone number. Enter your phone number in the designated section for verification. If it isn't verified, you can't use it as a recipient for notifications.
Slack integration allows for hosts to connect to a single Slack channel. Notifications are added to this channel, and hosts or team members can reply directly in Slack. With this integration, you can click
reply, and Slack will generate a message that can be sent to a guest after approval.
