Overview
The multi-property chat feature (currently in beta) allows you to create an AI that can handle conversations that require knowledge about more than one property. It is useful for handling inquiries where guests are not set on a specific property, and you have the freedom to help them find a property for a stay that best aligns with their needs.

Accessing Multi-Property Chat
Navigate to the Properties
page.

button.
(Note: Since this functionality is still in beta, the "Multi-Property Chat" button is not available for all accounts. If you don't see it, drop a message to support and we'll enable access for you.)
Creating a "Multi-Property"
Click the + Add New
button.
Enter a name for the group in the Name
field. Select the properties you want the AI to manage using the Select the properties to be included
dropdown menu. HostBuddy AI will use data from only the selected properties.
You can customize the tone of the AI responses in the Customize Tone
field, or add extra data or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the Extra Data
field to give the AI specific instructions.
By default, the AI has access to real-time availability data for all of the selected properties if they are connected to your Property Management System (PMS).
Click the Create Multi Property
button.
