Overview
Streamline adding new properties in HostBuddy by using the guided setup and an optional "ghost" property to efficiently manage multiple properties.
Adding and Setting Up a New Property
Start by clicking the Add New Property
button in your property list. This is located at the bottom of your properties page.
Next, name the property something that is easy to remember. For example, you could call it "1 Bedroom Units" or "San Diego Properties" to create a custom ghost property meant for future additions to your portfolio.
You can now use this property to store common information like SOPs, TTAs, and property information. When you add new listings, you can then copy data from your "ghost" property within the auto-fill section during setup.
Click Copy Data From Other Property
and select your "ghost" property to import the shared information.
