How to Set Up Yhangry Promotions in HostBuddy (Reactive Messaging)
Once you’ve decided to promote Yhangry, you’ll need to add a dedicated SOP that allows HostBuddy to recognize opportunities and respond automatically when guests mention relevant situations.
Step 1 — Add the Yhangry SOP
Go to your HostBuddy dashboard and open the SOPs tab under the property setup.
Click Add New SOP.
Title it “Yhangry Private Chef Experience.”
Paste the complete Yhangry SOP in HostBuddy (add your affiliate link)
Save it to apply across all properties.
Purpose:
Enable HostBuddy AI to intelligently identify and respond to guest messages that present an opportunity to introduce and promote Yhangry’s private chef and at-home dining services. The goal is to enhance the guest experience while helping the host earn commission from affiliate bookings.

HostBuddy should automatically offer Yhangry when any of the following are detected in guest communication:

2. Dining Keywords: restaurant, dinner reservation, private dining, BBQ, grill, picnic, caterer, catering, chef, private chef, dinner at home, sushi class, pasta making, wine tasting, tapas night, gourmet, luxury dining.
3. Experience or Tone Phrases: “something fun to do,” “we’d love an activity,” “anything special,” “want to stay in,” “too tired to go out,” “thinking of cooking,” “want to surprise,” “any dinner ideas,” “any catering options.”
4. Planning Context: guests discussing groceries, meal prep, or stay itineraries.

When triggered, HostBuddy should respond warmly and conversationally, positioning Yhangry as a premium, easy, and memorable in-home dining experience. Messages should sound natural, positive, and tailored to the guest’s reason for the stay.
