Overview
With Track, you already have a powerful system to centralize reservations, accounting, housekeeping, maintenance, and owner communication. With the HostBuddy AI integration, you can take it further - automating intelligent, real-time guest messaging across all channels. This means faster responses, smoother conversations, and a consistently great guest experience, all without adding extra work, making your operations smarter and your growth effortless.
Process
In HostBuddy, go to the Properties Page and click Connect Your PMS.
From the list of available PMS options, select Track and then click Continue.
Click Integrate in the new pop-up.
You will be redirected to the Track Authentication screen. (track auth screenshot reference)
Open a new browser tab and log in to your Track account.
In Track, navigate to Settings > Company Setup > API Key's section. Create one server Key.
Copy the API Key details that is displayed below. Also, please enter the system name: HostBuddy as your TRACK customer subdomain name.
Return to the HostBuddy Authentication screen and paste the key as your username and the secret as your password in your HostBuddy Authentication screen. Click Connect. (track auth screenshot reference in step 4)
A confirmation message will appear showing that the integration was successful.
