A2P Registration Required for Quo (formerly OpenPhone)

Each user must apply for A2P (10DLC) in their Quo account and get approved to use the integration. Without approval, messages may not send.

Important: Check Your Quo (formerly OpenPhone) Credits

If HostBuddy shows that a message was sent but it does not appear in Quo, this usually means there were not enough message credits available at the time.

HostBuddy may successfully trigger the message, but Quo will not deliver it if the account is out of credits. This can result in a difference between messages shown in HostBuddy and conversations visible in Quo.

To avoid this issue, please make sure your Quo (formerly OpenPhone) account always has enough credits to send messages.
