Overview
Property grouping lets you organize multiple listings into a single group. This makes it easier to search, filter, manage settings, and apply SOPs across several properties at once. It is especially useful for reporting, inbox searches, notification settings, and any feature where you select properties.
Why Property Groups Matter
Streamlined Filtering and Reporting
In dashboard and insights pages, you can filter reports by a group of properties instead of selecting listings individually.
Faster Property Setup and SOP Management
You can apply SOPs, upsells, and configuration settings to an entire group instead of copying them to each listing one by one.
Easier Message Searches in the Inbox
You can filter inbox messages by a group of properties for quicker review.
Consistent Selection Across All Filters
Any feature that requires selecting properties allows you to choose individual listings or full groups.
